Ayobola has extensive experience in the management of audits of a range of financial services clients including investment banks and derivatives companies with focus on Derivatives Products, Fixed income, Equities, FX. Clients include RBS Group Plc, Habib Bank UK, The Co-op Bank plc, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Bank, Cantor Fitzgerald, BP Trading, Mako Global Derivatives, Investec Plc and UBS AG.
She is also an expert in performing Regulatory Audits including Sarbanes-Oxley and the CASS Audit and Reviewing compliance with the FCA’s client assets (CASS) rules, FSA client money audits with a focus on Custody Assets and the Banking Exemption as well as other FCA regulatory requirements.
A few of Ayobola’s key achievements include discovering inefficiencies in existing client procedures and suggested ways of driving out the inefficiencies through process improvement. She also identified ongoing compliance issues, process weaknesses and inefficiencies, and recommended process improvement strategies with a focus on financial controls, compliance, data integrity and efficiency.

Ayobola is a Director on the Board of Aquila Group of Companies which includes Quilox Nightclub & Bar, Aquila Buildings & Projects, Aquila Oil & Gas, 6ix Restaurant, Aquila Records, Aquila Global Resources and Zelalem Bureau De Change Ltd. She is also a Campaign Director on the Shina Peller 2019 campaign for Federal House of Representatives, Oke-Ogun Constituency in the upcoming 2019 General Elections in Nigeria.
Ayobola is the Talent Manager and Brand Strategist for Naomi Peller (singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist). Naomi is a 12-year-old child star who has released multiple singles and recorded music videos.
Ayobola also provides Business Consulting Services for Startups including sole traders, partnerships and entrepreneurship. Clients include small businesses and enterprises within my community in the UK and overseas in Nigeria. Passionate about working with children especially in the area of Education, Ayobola also coaches young (primary school and prep school) children in preparation for common entrance examinations, 7+ and 11+ examinations (DBS checked).
Ayobola is a Trustee of the Help the Blind and Handicapped Foundation which focuses on providing learning materials (books, computers, braille typewriters) and educational funding including scholarships to disabled children, orphans and children in need. Major recipients include the Pacelli School for the Blind and Partially Sighted Children, The Motherless Babies Home, Lagos and various Local Secondary Schools in Lagos and South West Nigeria. She is also a Trustee of the Shina Peller Foundation and Shina Ayo Foundation both of which focus on youth empowerment and positive youth development in Nigeria. Recent youth empowerment and development initiatives include fully funded statewide football tournaments with cash prizes going to winners, the Shina Ayo Empowerment Programme providing vocational equipment to a number of youths for business startups, etc.

Ayobola also volunteered on the School Enterprise Programme at Rivers Academy in Feltham – A Grant Thornton Initiative. This full day workshop, with action-based sessions, enables students to develop an understanding of enterprise and microfinance to build their entrepreneurial skills.
Ayobola is a PEP Network Executive – a women’s network focused on bringing together and empowering black women in the UK. She graduated with an Upper Second Class, in B.Sc. (Hons) Management & Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 1998.
Ayobola obtained an M.Sc. Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics in 2002, where she was awarded with a Graduate Merit Award for Academic Excellence and Expert Application of the Knowledge Gained via a Scholarship Award, as well as graduating with a Merit.
Ayobola is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). In 2016 and 2017, Ayobola was conferred with the Chieftaincy Titles, via a Coronation Ceremony, of Yeye Maiyegun of Igbobi Sabe and Yeye Aare Gbobaniyi of Iseyin in Nigeria. Ayobola enjoys Interior Designing, Reading and Writing.
