Ngozi is a wife and mother of one with over 16 years’ experience and expertise in the Financial Industry and Oil & Gas. She received her combined Bachelor’s degree from the Haagse Hogeschool Netherlands (University Of The Hague) and University Of Ottawa, Canada. She also has a Masters degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) UK.
Her last role was as a Global Programme Manager for Global Banking & Markets at HSBC, responsible for the bank wide migration of its trade reconciliation utilities into a single platform. She previously worked as a Senior Project Manager for Commodities at Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group (CME Group) overseeing project deliveries on the LBMA Silver Auction Platform and creation of tradable Energy products in the marketplace. Prior to working at CME Group, Ngozi had an 8 year career at Deutsche Investment Bank where she managed global resources and cross product project deliveries to standardise and enhance Deutsche Bank’s processes end to end.

In her 5 year career at Royal Bank Of Scotland Group she worked in Payment Operations improving profitability, efficiency and transparency across the ATM Operations, Trade Operations, Electronic Payments, Cheque Clearing Operations and Cash & Coin Operations. At Shell Global Solutions she worked as a Consultant delivering Marketing & Sales advice to effectively positioning refinery products in the marketplace.

Ngozi has previously held a number of non-profit and voluntary positions such as a Trustee of Ascension Eagles Cheerleaders, UK’s most successful youth programs. Member of Deutsche Bank’s dbGO Network Committee which is aimed at fostering an inclusive gender-balanced workplace. Head of Departments at House On The Rock (HOTR) London ensuring that all Departments are run efficiently & effectively. Also as Department Head for the Marriage Advisory Board (MAB) at HOTR London, providing pre Wedding consultation, support and management of the Wedding day.
She currently sits on The PEP Network Executive team where her role as Executive Secretary is to ensure that The PEP Network functions effectively, goals are set, achieved and exceeded. She continues her passion for the Wedding Industry where she holds the position of Head of Wedding Department at Chapel Of Life Church (COL) London. Her hobbies include reading, travelling, Interior Decorating and Wedding consultation & implementation.
