Temi currently works in an investment bank as QA Manager within Risk domain, with an initial mandate to lead Transformation and Process improvements. She leads both onshore and offshore teams to Analyse and Drive Strategy, Enhancements and Improvements (People, Processes, Environments, Automation) including actions to close out on audit points.
She is a wife and mother of 3. Temi is an IT professional with over 20 years experience spanning across Consultancies, Oil and Gas Trading , Government and Investment Banking sectors. Temi has a BSc Hons. degree in Economics, and MSc in Computer Information Systems (University of Hertfordshire).

As part of nurturing her passion, she undertook the ‘Mentoring in Practice’ Training organised by the Christian Mentoring Association. She has also undertaken a number of Leadership trainings as part of developing herself and as strategy for continuous learning and self evaluation.
